This module gives a general introduction to the study and terminology of Usul Al-Fiqh and the sources of Islamic jurisprudence including the Qur’an, the Sunnah, Qiyas and ‘Ijmaa, as well as other sources; including the methodologies of the different schools of Fiqh.
